

Hello, I’m Claire, founder of Flow Credit Control. I live in Yorkshire and have been working in credit control at senior level for almost 30 years, including over 15 years within the brewing industry.
My approach to credit control is a little different. I focus on building strong relationships with both your customers and your team, while working seamlessly under your brand. To your clients, I appear as part of your business, ensuring a consistent, professional experience.
Over the years, I’ve built a proven track record of minimising and avoiding bad debt, recovering older and more stubborn balances, and managing more sensitive debts with a professional yet empathetic approach. I also help SMEs put the right processes and procedures in place to keep cash flowing smoothly in the long term.
